You are gonna have to put in work.
If you want to be motivated, here’s what works for me.
100 push ups. No rest between, and no sets. This works specially if you are out of shape. It’s about mind fitness not body fitness.
100 Burpees, no rest between, same reason as above.
1 hour run, specially if you don’t run.
1 hour vipassana meditation.
Seeing things working. It could mean being depressed as shit and working for 5 days a week, just to have 1 day when you develop something and it works.
Train your mind to accept pain as part of the process.
