Side Projects

This is the stuff I'm currently working on:

  • My current project is learning to play the guitar for the next 3 months.
  • Youtube channel: publishing weekly on my secondary channel Luskira Extras.
  • Writing essays when I have something to say.

I believe in not spreading myself too thin, and that's why I'm picking my projects very carefully.

Writing is something I already do because of my notetaking habits and tips I've seen about how to generate creative ideas, so once a month I normally have a post written down on stuff I am learning.

Travels

Currently in São Paulo. No plans for travels until September 2025(my wife, her family, and I are going to Disney in LA for two weeks).

If the US visa comes along or my Italian citizenship, we might need to change plans.

Medium Term

Moving to São Paulo to have a first trial at the "move to a big city near ambitious people" before paying a premium to be in San Francisco is an interesting experiment.

Lots more things to do here, and I'm looking at doing some crazy courses while I'm here. Visit local artists, underground avenues and things like that.

For the medium term tho all that's in play is me playing the guitar to present with a band in 3 months, doing flying trapeze every Thursday and possibly a filmmaking course on the way.

Long Term

Before: I'm doing a green card process that could take 2 years. But my plan is to make a project successful enough to be able to come to the US on an O1 visa next year(2025).

Honestly, I'm unsure about everything except for the medium term, and even that could change, so far I have no profitable side project, I ain't even coding after work at the moment, so prob not gonna have one soon. I'm just trying to find joy in things now, not join hustle culture without knowing who I am or what I want to build.

Daily Job

I work as a Software Engineer at ShowSeeker, where I work on an adtech project.
