MUST

MUST

We think we MUST happen.

Society is ready to commit suicide because of that.

Creating weapons, guns, wars. Just because we are all trying to GET something, somewhere.

Instead of allowing ourselves to be what we are, we create groups, and forget individuals.

Human beings are beings, not doers.

Human doers, how funny.

You can’t do yourself into a human.

You only are.

Being is a verb that comes from nature.

And one funny fact is that the word nature in chinese(Tian ran) also means “that which happens by itself”.

Existence is spontaneous.

It comes from empty space, and that is a confusing thing. But as long as it exists, it does so without a clear end in sight.

It just is.

I’ll end with a quote from an ordinary guy that can put all this in simpler terms perhaps.

“Now existence you see is something that is spontaneous, the Chinese word for nature (Tian ran), means that which happens of itself. Your hair grows by itself. Your heart beats by itself. You’re going to be constantly trying to do what can happen healthily only if you don’t try. But we have a strange anxiety in us; that if we don’t interfere than it won’t happen. Now that’s the root of an enormous amount of trouble.” ~Alan Watts
